Shipping Timeline:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery Time:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Locations: 5–7 business days

• We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Charges:

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) available at above Rs. 699

Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to love your Earbyn products. If you're not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.

7-Day Easy Replacement:

• You can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong product received

  • Item not working as expected

Return Eligibility:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required

  (Include your name, order ID, and reason for return)

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

• Items returned without original packaging/accessories

• Orders beyond 7-day return window

• For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer.
